Volunteer to help monitor the parking lots. You’ll improve the park vistors’ experiences, while enjoying the beauty of Mt. Pisgah! Park Watch volunteers will work in pairs, signing up for twelve 2-hour shifts over the course of a 6-month period. You can earn a Howard Buford Recreation Area parking pass for your service.

More than 40 volunteers were trained at our first Park Watch volunteer training in June 2010! We're proud of how the Park Watch program is already acting as an effective deterrent to vandalism in the parking areas around Mount Pisgah, and we need your help to keep this successful program going though the busy summer season.  Contact Mount Pisgah Arboretum at 541-747-3817 or mtpisgah@efn.org for more information about the program.
