Come play in the dirt and help us support the renewal of native habitat in this special place in celebration of Earth Day!

Join us on Sunday, April 21st, (a day early) for a fun-filled Earth Day celebration at the Arboretum with nature tours, renewal work parties, tree climbing for youth under 18 (signed waiver by legal guardian required), and a picnic lunch!

We have options available for all ages and physical intensity levels, with two different start times to choose from for the activities. Sign up here!

All work parties will start with a 45-minute nature tour! Choose from our various tour options when you arrive.

Work Party Activities (90 minutes): After the tours, roll up your sleeves and join us in our habitat restoration efforts. We have projects suitable for all ages and abilities.

Children’s Activities: Work party and tour options are available for children aged 3.5 and above. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Tree Climbing Adventure: Youth under 18 won’t want to miss the exciting opportunity to climb trees with professional arborists from Tree Climbing Eugene! All participants must have a legal guardian sign a liability release form. There will be 11 spots reserved for each of the work party start times (so don’t worry, you won’t miss out if you sign up for the 10 AM start time!), and you can sign up for a slot once you arrive.
