2026 Festivals
Each year, Mount Pisgah Arboretum hosts two festivals. The 2026 Wildflower Festival will be held on Sunday, May 17th and the Mushroom Festival will be on Sunday, October 25th. Our festivals provide opportunities for vendors in the following categories: food & beverages, arts & crafts, plants, and mushrooms (Mushroom Festival only). We also welcome nonprofit organizations to table at the festival.
If you are a new prospective vendor, you may submit your application any time of year for consideration for an upcoming festival within the next 12 months. Applications received at least 4 months before a festival will be considered for current openings. Applications received later, may or may not be considered depending on where we are at in our selection process. Our Vendor Committee selects vendors for our Wildflower Festival in late winter/early spring and for our Mushroom Festival during the summer months. If a year has passed since you last submitted an application, please submit a new application for current consideration.
