Prospective vendors are welcome to submit a vendor application for future festivals.

Each year, Mount Pisgah Arboretum hosts two festivals. The Wildflower & Music Festival is held the Sunday after Mother’s Day and the Mushroom Festival is held the last Sunday in October. Our festivals provide opportunities for vendors in the following categories: food & beverages, arts & crafts, plants, and mushrooms (Mushroom Festival only).

If you are a prospective new vendor, you may submit your application any time of year for consideration for an upcoming festival within the next 12 months. Applications received at least 4 months before a festival will be considered for current openings. Applications received later, may or may not be considered depending on where we are at in our selection process. Our Vendor Committee selects vendors for our Wildflower & Music Festival in late winter/early spring and for our Mushroom Festival during the summer months. If a year has passed since you last submitted an application, please submit a new application for current consideration.
