Mount Pisgah Arboretum’s beautiful White Oak Pavilion is a 3,000 square foot building with large glassed-in barn sliding doors that open on all sides to reveal the peaceful scenery and oak savannah landscapes of the Arboretum. The building is easily accessible to caterers, musicians, and guests. Pavilion rental includes day and evening use of the building and the surrounding lawns. Our staff supplies the essentials, leaving you free to create your dream ceremony or reception. Our venue is ideal for the couple who seek a meaningful and beautiful wedding with a strong connection to nature, and who care about comfort and accessibility for their loved ones. We schedule weddings from June through mid-October.
RENTAL TIMES: 11 AM – 10 PM. You are allowed additional clean-up time after 10 PM.

REHEARSALS: You may have a wedding rehearsal in your choice of our Ceremony Sites. Please schedule that time with our Venue Manager.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: Renters must provide proof of day-of-event insurance coverage naming Mount Pisgah Arboretum as an additional insured site for the day of your wedding. A licensed server is required for all events serving alcoholic beverages.
RENTAL DEPOSIT: Our deposit is half of the rental fee for the day being booked. Reservation date is secured upon receipt of contract and deposit. The balance of the rental fee is due 120 days before your wedding.
CANCELLATIONS AND DATE CHANGES: If a renter chooses to cancel or change a reservation, or fails to make full payment as required, the Arboretum will retain the full deposit and make a good faith effort to re-book the original date to a new renter. The Arboretum cannot guarantee that a date will be re-booked. If a date is not re-booked, the Arboretum will retain the full deposit. If a cancelled rental date is successfully re-booked, the Arboretum will refund the balance of the deposit minus a $250 processing fee. Full refunds are not available after final payment. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process after a date is re-booked. Failure to comply with deposit and final payment requirements will be considered a cancellation of the reservation.
PARKING FEES: Lane County Parks parking passes are required all year. You may choose to purchase parking passes in advance or have guests pay. The cost of passes (currently $5 per car) is not included in the rental fee. If you pre-purchase passes, you will be refunded for any unused passes.
