Arriving by Bike
Visitors arriving by bike do not have to pay any parking fees. (You can help save the planet and save cash at the same time!)
Bike riding is not allowed on the trails in the Arboretum, in fact, all trails in the park are closed to mountain biking. Please respect other visitors, sensitive plant life, and resident animals by leaving your bike locked up at one of our bike racks.
Bike racks are located near the parking circle at the south end of the parking lot, near the main bridge entrance to the Arboretum.
See potential bike routes below:
From Lane Community College: 4 mile route from a bus stop; mostly flat

From south Eugene: 7-10 miles, wide shoulders often without debris.
From Springfield: without bridges, you’ll have to come south on Franklin Blvd to the west entrance of the Arboretum; be aware of fast cars and narrow shoulders on Franklin Blvd
